Before You Begin

Please read the following advisories before using your

ageLOC

Galvanic Spa

device:

Caution: The ageLOC Galvanic Spa device is only

for use on healthy skin. Do not use if you have open

sores or wounds, are prone to rosacea, have allergies

to metal, or if you have problematic or overly sensi-

tive skin. Check with your physician before using if

you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or similar device,

are epileptic, wear metal braces on your teeth, have

a metal implant, or in case of illness.

ageLOC Galvanic Spa is not intended for use by per-

sons (including children) with reduced physical, sen-

sory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and

knowledge.

Do not apply directly to the lips, eyes, or eyelids. The

device and products are for external use only. If you

experience any prolonged redness or abnormal irritation,

discontinue use immediately and seek medical help if

necessary. Keep out of reach of children. Supervise

children to ensure they do not play with the device.

Use only as directed.

Remove all protective plastic film before beginning.

x To reduce the risk of shock, burn, fire, or injury, do not

immerse your device in water. Do not place or store where

it may fall or be pulled into a bathtub, shower, sink, or

toilet. Never operate the device if it has been damaged.

x When removing a conductor, do not pinch or hold the

middle of the conductor, as this may prevent the release

mechanism from working. Hold onto the sides instead.



Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 indicate the treatment number

and corresponding product (see below).



The ﬁve dots indicate corresponding treatment length.



If the batteries are low, each time the device is turned

on an amber battery symbol will appear in the bottom

of the display and the device will beep. When the

batteries are completely dead, an amber battery

symbol will appear at the bottom of the display

and the device will turn o.

How to use your ageLOC

Galvanic Spa

ageLOC Galvanic Spa includes dierent conductors for your face,

scalp, and body, but they are all used in similar ways. Speciﬁc in-

structions for individual treatments can be found on pages 10–21.

Please read the instructions before beginning any treatment.

For all treatments, you must attach the appropriate conductor

to your device. The skin touching both chrome contact points

must be moist to successfully conduct galvanic currents.

Attach a Conductor: Hold the device

with the display facing toward you. Align

the conductor positioning indicator with

the front of the device, then press the

conductor ﬁrmly down by its sides until it

snaps into place



the right direction and is positioned correctly. Don

t force the

conductor, as this may damage it. ageLOC Galvanic Spa won

work if a conductor head isn

t ﬁrmly attached.

Remove a Conductor: First turn the

device around so the chrome panel faces

you. With your free hand, grip the con-

ductor on its sides, and then ﬁrmly press

the release button



the conductor o the device by its sides.

Display Lights: The display will remain

lit while the device is on, both as you select and during treatment.

If the display blinks on and o, it is either because the device

has lost contact with your skin or skin is not moist enough to

conduct the current.

Apply Product: Apply an ample amount of product to the

area being treated on your face, scalp, or body.

Activate Galvanic Current: Your ﬁngers

must be touching the chrome panel on the

back of the device while the conductor

touches your skin. We recommend you

thoroughly wet your hands with water or NaPCA Moisture Mist

to improve conductivity.

If your ﬁngers slip o the chrome panel

during treatment, don

’

t worry—just adjust your hold on the device

and resume your spa treatment.

* Remember, the skin touching both chrome contact points must

be moist to successfully conduct galvanic currents.

During Treatment: The device will beep every 10 seconds to

indicate the unit is on and working. When 30 seconds remain

in a treatment, the device will beep every ﬁve seconds until the

treatment is complete.

Treatment Interruption: You must keep

the conductor in contact with the area

being treated and keep all contact points

moist



. If you break contact on

the chrome panel or the treatment head,

the display will ﬂash on and o. The device

will shut o after a couple minutes of

non-use.

Treatment Completion: At the end of your treatment, the

device will emit a long beep followed by two short beeps and

automatically turn o. If you

d like to perform another treatment,

press the selection button to scroll to the next treatment number.

To turn the device o at any time, simply press the selection

button until the display goes blank.

Discontinue use if you experience swelling, redness, or a

skin reaction.

step 1: Evenly apply an entire ampoule of

pre-treat gel to the entire face and neck,

avoiding eyes, eyelids, and lips.

step 2: Push the selection button until the

number 1 is lit on the display



step 3: Thoroughly wet hands with NaPCA

Moisture Mist or water. Hold the device with

a moistened hand while touching the chrome

plate on the back and begin to slowly glide the

conductor head over your skin



eyelids, and lips.

The device will beep once, twice, or three times to indicate that

it has automatically adjusted to your skin. After this, your galvanic

treatment has begun, and the device will beep every 10 seconds

your treatment is almost complete.

step 1: Apply an entire ampoule of treatment gel to your face

and neck.

step 2: The ageLOC® Face Conductor

should already be attached, so press the

selection button once to turn the device

back on and keep pressing until you select

treatment number 2



ment will take 3 minutes.

step 3: Again, hold the device with a moist-

ened hand while touching the chrome plate

on the back, and begin to slowly glide the

conductor head over your skin



The device will beep one, two, or three

times to indicate that it has automatically

adjusted to your skin. After this, your galvanic

treatment has begun, and the device will beep every 10 seconds

is over, the device will emit a long beep

followed by two short beeps and auto-

matically turn o. Use a damp towel to

remove any remaining gel from your skin

and the device

appearance of lines and wrinkles around your nose, mouth, eyes,

and forehead.

step 1: Apply Tru Face Line Corrector to

the lines and wrinkles you want to target.

Apply to only one of these areas at a time.

Make sure to leave a thin layer of product

on the surface of your skin.

step 2: Push the selection button until the

number 3 is lit on the display



treatment will take 5 minutes.

Pro Tip: When treating multiple areas, you

can use the ﬁve minutes for more than one

area being treated. Small treatment areas

typically do not require more than one or

two minutes each.

step 3: Thoroughly wet hands with NaPCA

Moisture Mist or water. Hold the device with

a moistened hand while touching the chrome

plate on the back and begin to slowly glide

the conductor head over your skin



Be careful to avoid sensitive areas like your

Setting Conductor

Use this treatment three times each week to visibly contour,

ﬁrm, and smooth skin on arms, legs, abdomen, and buttocks.

Preparation: Attach the Body Conductor

to the device

step 1: Use on clean skin. Apply an ample

amount of ageLOC® Body Shaping Gel

to the desired area.

step 2: Push the selection button until the

number 4 is lit on the display



Figure 2). This

treatment will take 5 minutes per area.

Pro Tip: 5 minutes is the recommended

treatment time for one area, but you may

not need the full 5 minutes.

step 3: Thoroughly wet hands with NaPCA

Moisture Mist or water. Hold the device with

a moistened hand while touching the chrome

plate on the back and begin to slowly glide the

conductor head over your skin



Important Maintenance and

Warranty Information

Cleaning Your Device and Conductors:

After ﬁnishing a galvanic treatment,

remove the conductor from the device

and use a damp cloth to clean o any

excess product



Figure 1). Dry the

device thoroughly and store in a dry

place without a conductor attached.

Directions for Changing Batteries:

When the batteries are low, an amber

battery icon will appear in the middle

of the display and the device will beep

four times twice



Figure 2). When this

happens, install two new AAA batteries.

To replace the batteries, push just above

the battery compartment cover on each

side and pull down ﬁrmly



Figure 3). The

battery cover will separate from the device



Figure 4).

Next, pull gently on the ribbon and remove

the old batteries. Insert two new AAA

batteries into the compartment and over

the ribbon. Failure to tuck the ribbon

under the batteries may allow water to

leak into the device, resulting in damage

to the device



Figure 5).

Finally, slide the battery cover ﬁrmly

back in place



Limited Two-Year Warranty: Nu Skin guarantees ageLOC®

Galvanic Spa

to be free from defects in materials and workman-

ship for a period of two years from the original date of consumer

purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the product as

a result of misuse or accident. If the product becomes defective

within the two-year warranty period, please call your local Nu Skin
