Chas hereby solemnly affirm and declare that:
1. I am seeking provisional admission due to non physical verification of certificates and other
relevant documents owing to COVID-19.
2. All the information furnished by me in the application form submitted at Chancellor Portal
is correct, complete and verified by me.
3. All the certificates/documents required for my claim in the application form are under my
possession at this moment.
4. I will produce the required certificates/documents in original copies whenever asked by
the college.
5. If I fail to produce any certificate/document in the original copy on time then my
provisional admission will be immediately cancelled.
6. No extra time will be given to me to produce the required documents and no further
communication will be entertained in this regard.
7. If any documents produced by me or any claim made by me are detected false or forged
then I will be entitled to legal action by the College/University.
8. In case of my provisional admission getting cancelled due to nonproduction of required
documents in proper order, the admission fee deposited by me will be forfeited and I will
not be allowed to reapply for the course in future.
