SUPPLIES:
• ¼ yd. fabric
Elastic
Buttons
STEPS:
1. Cut fabric according to templates.
2. On one of piece A, mark button
3. Place A pieces right sides together
and sew down each long side,
using ¼” seam allowance.
Turn right side out and press.
4. Fold piece B in half (right sides
together) and sew along open
edge, using ¼” seam allowance.
Turn right side out and press.
5. Insert 6” length of elastic into piece B
and stitch elastic to each end.
6. Fold one end of piece A in ¼”
and insert one end of piece B
into fold about ¼”. Stitch across.
Say goodbye to

Wearing a face mask all day can be
uncomfortable—but not when you DIY
a headband with buttons. Just slip the
elastic over the buttons (rather than
over your ears) for all-day comfort!
