into collection agreements with Airbnb, HomeAway/VRBO and TripAdvisor. If you are renting exclusively
through one of these platforms, Tourist Development Tax is being collected and remitted on your behalf.
Complete this form if you are renting privately and/or using another third-party reservation system in addition
to one of the platforms listed above. Once your registration form has been processed, you will receive your
remittance forms. Tax payments are due on the first of the month following the month the tax was collected. A
return form is delinquent if it is not received or postmarked by the 20
th
of the remittance month. A return form
must be submitted even in no taxes were collected for the reporting period.
